I’m very satisfied with the shower filter. My reason for rating it a 4 is because it’s hard to twist the compartment open after a while. I’ve had my shower equipment since 2021. Another reason for 4 rating is due to not knowing if the filter is really reducing or removing 200 contaminates also, no indicator when to replace.
