Pricing
The product prices and shipping prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude government tax (GST).
GST (if any) is shown on the check-out page and depends on the country of your delivery address. For deliveries within New Zealand, the NZ government charges 15% GST. For deliveries in Australia, the NZ government charges 0% GST. However, if your order value is greater than 1,000 AUD, the Australian government charges you 10% GST directly through customs.

The Water Filter Company offers the following payment methods. No additional fees are charged. We never have full knowledge of payment details provided:

Afterpay
Pay in 4 installments without interest.
Invoice
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email which contains an invoice in PDF format
Invoice amendment
Invoices can not be amended after completing an order. An order is considered completed once the parcel is handed over to the shipping company
