We ship to customers throughout the whole of New Zealand and Australia

Free shipping

Shipping is free for orders above $399 (ex. GST). We offer this to customers shipping to New Zealand as well as Australia. Free shipping will be automatically applied on the check-out page if you qualify

Shipping costs

If you don’t qualify for free shipping, we will charge a shipping fee on the check-out page. We think it is only fair to treat every customer the same and apply a flat fee for shipping within each country. For deliveries within New Zealand, we apply a flat fee of $9.95 (ex. GST). For deliveries in Australia, we apply a flat fee of $39.95 (ex. GST). The shipping fee to Australia is a bit higher, however you benefit from 0% GST on your total order value (when your order value is under 1,000 AUD). Shipping costs are clearly shown on the check-out page

The status of your shipment

Once we have handed over your parcel to NZ Post, you will receive an email directly from NZ Post. This email contains your tracking code and a link to NZ Post’s online tracking tool which allows you to track your parcels.

If you have a New Zealand Post online account, you can receive tracking notifications, choose to name your parcel, redirect your parcel to another address or to a parcel pick-up point and add delivery instructions
