Exceeded expectations this shower head. Out the box you can see it’s good quality. I unscrewed both filter access parts with a rubber gloves as they’re tight to begin with. In the picture you can see a test of the water for chlorine. The one on the right with the yellow tinge is water with the trigger on normal, with the sample on the left being water through the filter. So the filter absolutely reduces the chlorine. After adding a few drips of normal tap water to the clear sample it also started to turn yellow, so I’d say the chlorine was reduced almost to zero. The customer service is also great as I was originally sent the wrong colour but they sent the correct one out straight away. The actual pressure and feel from the shower spray is great, the holes in the shower head are absolutely tiny but it gives a really nice spray.
