I bought the Big+ gravity unit with 3 filters and have to say I’m impressed. It filters pretty quickly, seems durable and well made. But what impressed me the most is it didn’t make my water taste different! I’ve used multiple other high-end brands before and they always have a charcoal aftertaste. We bought this after doing a lot of research into water filtration systems, and ProOne was definitely much lauded when it comes to their filtration technology. The taste is amazing, and it was easy to set up and use. I can also say their customer service is nothing short of friendly and efficient. When we originally received our system, the bottom section was dented, likely due to shipping, however, ProOne didn’t expect me to jump through any hoops and they didn’t interrogate me, they apologized and sent a new piece out immediately.
