BEST ever!…Great product; GREAT customer service; GREAT, GREAT water! Everything. We tried a Competitor System prior to getting our ProOne; I was less than impressed….irate would be the more accurate word…..sent the whole kit-and-caboodle back. Did more research, got it down to two….decided on the ProOne and BOY am I glad I did. Nothing but happiness…if I could give it 10 waterdrops I would.

I live in Southfield, MI and the water is TERRIBLE! In the past I’ve used two Competitor Water Filters, sometimes at the time same time lol (twice filtered). It was always a hassle, and I found that the water would smell if it sat overnight in the espresso machine and the filters would go bad in 1-2 months and that’s what was happening here prior to purchasing the Proone. I’ve heard of a different major competitor filters but in my research discovered that they do not filter out fluoride conveniently, These filters do, and the water tastes great! It can sit around for days and still, taste great. These do a great job at filtering. I’m running 2 7″ plenty for 2 people, I fill it with 3 pitchers every day. I’ve been taking water to work to cut back on plastic bottles. Buy one for everybody in your family!
